Minister Jiménez: University of Sciences is preparing for the start of the second period of studies 2025

From the “Dr. Humberto Fernández Morán” University of Sciences, the vice-president for Science, Technology, Education and Health, Gabriela Jiménez, reported that this school has advanced in its academic activities, thanks to the process of assigning places to high school graduates implemented by the National Admission System (SIN) of the Ministry of Popular Power for University Education (MPPEU).

In addition, Jiménez, in his Telegram account, highlighted that the first cohort of students has shown excellent academic performance, demonstrating the talent and abilities of young people, as well as the quality of teaching support.

He assured that the University of Sciences “Dr. Humberto Fernández Morán” is in turn preparing to carry out training and scientific research activities.

In this regard, Jiménez referred to an approach by Dr. Humberto Fernández Morán, who at the time expressed: “A firm personal conviction that, among the most important contributions that will derive from science, there will be the channeling of latent intellectual capacity in new generations along the paths of clear thinking, critical inquiry and legitimate institution, thus someday fulfilling Simon Bolivar's prophetic vision”.
