Minister Jorge Márquez inspected electrical installations in Apure

As part of the actions being carried out through the National Plan for Inspections and Integral Maintenance of the National Electricity System (SEN), the Minister of People's Power for Electric Energy (MPPEE), Jorge Márquez, inspected the remodeling work being carried out at the San Fernando I substation, located in the municipality of San Fernando in the state of Apure.

The information was released by the MPPEE, in a note published on its website, in which it states that Márquez, who was accompanied by the president of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC), José Luis Betancourt.

The minister noted the advances made in this important infrastructure in the state of Llanero, which serves more than 200,000 users.

During his tour of the state of Apurea, the also Sectorial Vice President of Public Works and Services, visited the San Fernando II substation, in order to verify the improvement works being carried out on this infrastructure.

This facility provides an optimal and quality service to 191,000 inhabitants of the municipalities of Biruaca, Pedro Camejo and Achaguas.

The rehabilitation of spaces in electrical installations contributes to ensuring the proper functioning of the SEN, complying with the guidelines of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
