Minister Villegas inaugurated “El Rincón de Achilles” in the Cultural House

As part of the 105th anniversary of the
birth of Aquiles Nazoa, the Minister of Popular Power for Culture,
Ernesto Villegas, inaugurated the space El Rincón de Achilles in the Cultural House.
Villegas highlighted that this space will have a permanent exhibition containing personal objects of the poet and playwright, as
well as hosting artistic activities and the presentation of plays based on his literary work.
“I want to thank the entire
Achilles Nazoa family for having accompanied and led this initiative so that the
Cultural House had a specific space to display Achilles' objects,” he said.
He also took the opportunity to
congratulate the poets on their day. “In homage to the birth of Achiles Nazoa,
and in this simple act, the heart of poetry in Venezuela beats. May the poets and poets of Venezuela
live in their day!” he said
The day included the participation of the poets Neguel Machado and Francis Arguinzones, who gave a recital, as well as an exhibition of the Love Doll Movement.
