The Minister of Popular Power for Electric Energy, Jorge Márquez, members of the Technical Committee for Analysis and Decision-making of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) evaluated the scope of the corrective and preventive maneuvers recently carried out in infrastructures associated with the National Electric System (SEN).

Through an exhaustive review of current strategies in the areas of generation, transmission and distribution, they also discussed new working methods to achieve the objectives set for the year 2026 in line with the priorities of Q2: Human Cities for Good Living, Public Services and Infrastructure, a road map outlined by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, and supported by President (E) Delcy Rodríguez.

The meeting was attended by the president of EDC Network, Ingeborg Herrera, and the president of CORPOELEC Industrial, Alberto Bermúdez. The latter's presence made it possible to present the strategic plans of Vietven Lighting, a subsidiary dedicated to the assembly of lighting products.
