Ministry of Health develops comprehensive care day for fishermen in Sucre

At the facilities of the Socialist Industrial Fishing Company of Alba (PESCALBA), a Day of Comprehensive Care of the Cumaná Axis was held, organized by health authorities and the Ministry of Popular Power for Fisheries and Aquaculture of the state of Sucre.

During the deployment, the State Pharmacy Network established a specialized point of care that was decisive in guaranteeing the right to health of seafarers, the Ministry of People's Power for Health detailed in a press release.

Through Pharmapatry, an effective response was given to the needs of the population, managing to serve more than 320 people through the free delivery of high-quality essential medicines.

During the activity, the services of general medicine, immunization, ultrasound, gynecology, nutrition, ophthalmology, cytology and dentistry were provided, in addition to granting 851 units of certified drugs, ensuring that each beneficiary had the necessary treatment to continue the consultations received.
