Ministry of Sport opened registrations for the One Run International Half Marathon in Venezuela

The Ministry of Popular Power for Sports opened registrations for the One Run International Half Marathon in Venezuela to be held on May 24.

The registration process will close on May 22 and the event kits will be delivered on May 23, according to the Ministry of Sport press release.

The joust is available to the general public over four distances: two of them recreational distances of 1 km and 5 km, and others of 10 and 21 km, for athletes with more preparation and physical depth. All of them are also open to runners with reduced mobility.

The registration costs are affordable: five dollars for recreational runners, $10 and $20 for those who dare to face the 10 and 21 kilometers respectively, which can be canceled in bolivars, foreign currency, cash, transfer or mobile payment.

To formalize the registration, you must enter the website of the Ministry for Sports (minsporte.gob.ve) and click on the box for the One Run event.

The event scheduled for next May 24, starting at seven in the morning from Paseo Los Próceres, in Caracas.

This initiative is promoted by the Ministry of Popular Power for Sports, in alliance with 15 nations of the world, and which seeks to rewrite the history of popular races.

This great challenge will have the largest synchronized output in the world, it began in Russia and now covers 16 countries, including China, Brazil, Belarus, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.

A total of 94 cities in Russia will give the simultaneous start to all nations.

This year the goal will be to set another Guinness Record like those achieved in 2020 and 2021. The new edition of the One Run is preparing to exceed 250,000 participants aged 16 to 99 years.
