The Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism certified the Recta de la Costa and El Casabe tourist routes in Miranda state.

This route becomes the first formal tourist route in the jurisdiction, positioning it as a strategic destination thanks to its privileged geographical location and cultural richness.

The technical tour begins in Cúpira, extending along Troncal 9 to the Bosquemar complex and Laguna Rosada, an ecosystem with enormous potential for bird watching. This offer is supported by a social base of 3,500 inhabitants, who act as hosts and guardians of the corridor.

The Secretary of Tourism of the Pedro Gual municipality, Joel Pérez, officially announced the certification and explained that the operation is based on the organization of six key sectors: Rayandería, Managua, El Guacuco, Palmar, Sapo and Playa Pintada. These Community Councils are the heart of the cassava production circuit, where local hands transform the cassava into this ancient stronghold, the local press reported.
