Ministry of Transport announces closure of access to the La Planicie I Tunnel until September 29

The Ministry of People's Power for Transportation announced the temporary closure of access to the La Planicie I Tunnel, on the North-South Highway of Caracas, from Sunday, September 27 to Tuesday, September 29, between 9:00 at night and 5:00 in the morning.

Vehicle restriction work is carried out by the Road Maintenance Company (ENVIAL), an entity attached to the ministerial portfolio, and are part of the Comprehensive Tunnel Maintenance and Sanitation Plan, according to information published by La Iguana TV.

The objective of the conference is to optimize road infrastructure and ensure safe and smooth mobility for users who travel through this artery of the capital. Faced with the measure, the authorities recommended that drivers take forecasts, plan their routes in advance and use alternate roads during the established night hours.
