The Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Daniella Cabello, inaugurated this Tuesday, April 28, online, the National Plan for Tourism Regularization and Formalization, aimed at professionals, technicians and officials linked to the inspection and control of the sector.

During the opening, the portfolio holder highlighted the importance of continuous training and the role of inspectors as key players in ensuring an efficient and transparent service. At the same time, he specified that the goal is to consolidate trust in tourist services through rigorous verification processes and the prevention of illegal acts in each region.

The academic program includes 40 hours of training in areas such as tourism legislation, public ethics and administrative procedures. It also includes simulations of real cases and field practices aimed at strengthening capacities for the detection of irregularities and compliance with standards.

The training will take place under a mixed modality, with face-to-face sessions in Caracas and Miranda, while the rest of the country will participate virtually. This methodology seeks to guarantee access to training and strengthen institutional management throughout the territory.
