A total of 77 adults and older adults benefited from the Great Mission of Grandparents and Grandmothers of the Homeland in the town of Cuyagua, belonging to the Costa de Oro municipality of the state of Aragua.

In total, 992 benefits have been granted directly through the social mission to the inhabitants of this coastal sector of the state of Aragua in the last week, according to a local press release.

The community deployment managed to serve a total of 95 people. Among those favored, there were 77 older adults who were the priority of the day, together with 18 citizens under 60 years of age, who also found answers in terms of health. The benefits included 158 nutritional tests on height and weight, as well as monitoring and screening for high blood pressure.

In the specialized medical field, the operative carried out a total of 143 consultations in the areas of internal medicine, geriatrics, traumatology, surgery, ophthalmology, dentistry and cardiology. In the same way, evaluation spaces were set up for people with disabilities and gynecology and obstetrics consultations. The approach was reinforced by the toxoid vaccination service and the immediate delivery of 4870 units of medication for the chronic treatments of the attendees.

The day was supported by the municipality, led by Wilmer Leal and Governor Johana Sánchez, who expressed their full support for the execution of policies for the people.
