The Great Mission Viva Venezuela Mi Patria Querida continues to strengthen the country's cultural fabric with the incorporation of 20 new cultural promoters in the Francisco de Miranda municipality of Calabozo, Guárico state.
According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, with this new cohort that was formed by the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES), the total number of active promoters in the region amounts to 120, who have the same objective of preserving, promoting and transmitting the Venezuelan cultural heritage through activities that actively involve the community.
Most recent graduates are active members of Community Councils and Communes, reinforcing the participatory and community nature of the program. This direct connection with the people ensures that cultural expressions are kept alive and relevant in every corner of the territory.
During the award ceremony, the program's facilitators highlighted the transformative impact of this initiative. Beyond technical training, they highlighted that the project represents a platform for discovering and strengthening the entity's artistic and cultural talent.
“Thanks to the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, for this program to prepare and know what we have in our town: valuable people who today show their productions for the benefit of all,” said the participants during the event.
Since the end of 2024, three groups of cultural promoters have graduated as part of the Great Mission Viva Venezuela Mi Patria Querida and the Cultural Mission, with the firm purpose of strengthening identity and cultural roots throughout the country.
