A missile launched from Yemeni territory put the Israeli occupying forces on high alert, causing the sound of emergency sirens in Tel Aviv and other cities in the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as setting off fear among the inhabitants of the city who ran to the shelters.
According to reports from the Fars news agency replicated by Telesur, the projectile was fired from Yemen in the last few hours, forcing the Israeli Army to order the immediate refuge of the settlers in bunkers and safe areas. Sirens rang out across the central region, including the economic capital of the Zionist regime.
The Yemeni offensive is part of the regional military escalation that has turned the Middle East into the current scene of the nuclear conflict. Houthi militias have intensified their attacks against Israeli targets in solidarity with Iran and, in turn, with the Palestinian resistance, extending the conflict beyond the borders of the Gaza Strip.
Simultaneously, Iranian air defenses came into operation to intercept Israeli regime drones flying over Persian territory. Tehran's anti-aircraft systems neutralized several enemy targets in Iranian skies, local military sources confirmed.
The Islamic Republic activated its defense mechanisms early on Monday, the 23rd, after detecting Israeli air incursions aimed at civilian targets and strategic infrastructure. Iranian radars registered hostile movements in their airspace, triggering an immediate response.
Israeli air strikes have intensified their brutality against the Iranian civilian population, targeting residential areas, hospitals and communications buildings. Among the attacked and destroyed points is the headquarters of the IRIB (Iranian Broadcasting System), in clear violation of all international conventions.
