Monagas: 14 pediatric surgeries were performed at the Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Hospital

A total of 14 pediatric surgeries were performed on the occasion of the commemoration of the first anniversary of the Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Hospital, in the state of Monagas.

According to information issued by the government, these actions are part of the National Surgical Plan 2026, promoted by the Ministry of People's Power for Health. (MPPS).

The director of the hospital, Dr. Ramón Hernández, expressed his gratitude to Governor Ernesto Luna, for his support in completing this great medical infrastructure, as well as to the MPPS for the supply of necessary supplies, to favor the patients in the hospital.

“These days are for the people and are being implemented with the joint support of Mayor Rafael Sánchez Mérida and the Single Health Authority, Yerika Alzolay, reflecting the combined efforts to strengthen our National Public Health System (SPNS),” Hernández said.
