More than 10 thousand inhabitants of El Furrial were favored with a day of social care

More than 10,000 inhabitants of the parish of El Furrial, Monagas state; they benefited from the social care operation of the Antonio José de Sucre Plan, according to the website of the State channel, Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).
According to the publication, the activity was carried out in Plaza Bolívar, with the intention of providing social protection to the inhabitants of 16 communities. In addition, 41 national, state and municipal institutions participated, including 14 ministries.
In this sense, the locals were served in the areas of health, food, services, counseling and information, recreation, ecosocialism, identification and Grandparents and Grandmothers of the Fatherland.
“In terms of health, the beneficiaries received care in 19 medical specialties, as well as in immunization services and breast and abdominal echoes; in addition to the provision of technical aids, such as baskets, wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, canes, medications and diapers for adults,” VTV reported.
