More than 170 cultivators have registered copyrights to their works

The activity had a large participation and it is planned to replicate this model in states and municipalities of the country.

A successful day of copyright registration was held in the Viva Venezuela room of the Institute for Performing and Musical Arts (IAEM), where more than 170 experts attended. The Autonomous Intellectual Property Service (SAPI) carried out the conference through support and advice for the registration of works.

On this occasion, painters, writers, poets, designers, artisans, musicians and composers were presented, who were able to formalize the protection of their pieces under the protection of current intellectual property laws.

The activity had a large participation and it is planned to replicate this model in states and municipalities of the country. The days are aimed at empowering cultivators, through the dissemination, commercialization and protection of artistic creations.

The Institute of Performing and Musical Arts invites artists, researchers and scholars to register and protect their creations. For the requirements and upcoming conference dates, interested parties can consult the official portal.
