In a display of love and social commitment, a full day of Operation Sucre in Transformation was held from the Campeche 3 Battle Room located in the Santa Inés de Cumaná parish. The activity, framed in the policies of direct care for the people, favored the inhabitants of the “Campeche Somos Todos” Commune of the Sucre municipality.
During the operation, according to Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), at least 2,500 families in the sector accessed various services and benefits, including primary medical care and the delivery of free medicines, as well as the provision of social assistance for people with disabilities.
The day also included services for pets by the Nevado Mission, and food sovereignty was promoted through the PDVAL Mobile Warehouse, with the active participation of the Great Venezuela Women's Mission and other State organizations.
In addition, structural improvements were consolidated in the area, including the asphalting of the main roads and the rehabilitation of the community's Popular Medical Office, in order to guarantee decent spaces for the health and traffic of citizens.
In this regard, Governor Jhoanna Carrillo emphasized that these actions are the result of a previous diagnosis carried out by a multidisciplinary team to benefit 10 community councils that are grouped in the area. “This is being deployed, this is being transformed, when even with a deep wound, when the enemy has attacked, the people are standing; we see it in a child's smile, in the attention and in the problems that are being solved,” he said.
