More than 40 women from Aragüeña benefited from a comprehensive care day

The Plan Women We Give Life, Care For Our Life benefited a total of 41 women from urban planning in Caridad del Cobre, in the Santiago Mariño municipality of the state of Aragua, during a comprehensive health deployment aimed at strengthening the well-being of the female population.

During the day, 282 treatments were provided, including: general medicine, gynecology, immunizations and pelvic, thyroid, breast and abdominal ultrasound services.

In addition, according to a press release, 14 cytologies, 30 deworming, weight, height and high blood pressure tests were carried out on all those present in order to guarantee access to specialized health care for this population.

In addition, during the activity, screenings were made for prenatal control, surgeries and contraceptive placement, as well as an educational session to promote healthy lifestyles, care and prevention of diseases of the female reproductive system.
