Movilnet announces new health and wellness service for prepaid customers

Movilnet has incorporated a health and wellness service for its prepaid users, the result of an agreement with Alianza Salud.

The offer works by subscription and includes a portfolio of benefits and discounts related to medical care, family protection and recreational activities, according to a Movilnet press release.

The owner can register up to three beneficiaries, including a spouse, children, parents, grandparents or pets. The offer includes telemedicine, discounts on health-related services and promotions in cinemas, hotels, travel, restaurants, beauty and entertainment.

The activation is done through the alianzasalud.com.ve portal or the Movilnet website. After completing the form, the customer receives a digital confirmation. To formalize the use of the service, it is necessary to validate the email address and upload the data of the beneficiaries to the platform.

The user must keep an available balance to cover the monthly fee and the additional value of the subscription, which will be automatically charged on the expiration date.

To clarify questions or manage requests, customers can go to Movilnet's Service and Customer Service Offices (OSAC) or use non-face-to-face channels, where an employee will respond to their request.
