MP apprehended a subject who harassed a teenager and assaulted a colleague for defending her

Through its social networks, the Public Ministry announced the arrest of a subject identified as Arnoldo Parra, for the crimes of Harassment and Harassment and Psychological Violence.

According to the publication, “said offender would have harassed the adolescent (...), 16 years old, using obscene and inappropriate expressions”.

He also explains that after the event described above, a “classmate of the victim, complained to him for his conduct” to which Parra responded with physical assault.

The apprehension of this subject was achieved thanks to the dissemination of a video on social networks.
