MP managed to restore property to a 102-year-old woman

The Public Ministry (MP) obtained the return to an older adult of a property located in El Hatillo, Miranda State, which had been illegally occupied by a person for three years,

After the complaint on the networks of the 102-year-old Mrs. Benita Anidó de Verea, the body responsible for the criminal action initiated the “respective investigation and the prompt return of the property”.

In this regard, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, indicated that “The Public Ministry has restored, in just one year, approximately four thousand properties occupied by unscrupulous people who have taken advantage of our grandparents.”

These refunds not only include housing, but also commercial premises and buildings.
