MPPOP and Trujillo Government fully rehabilitate the El Prado housing estate in Pampanito

In an articulated effort between the Ministry of Popular Power for Public Works (MPPOP) and the Government of Trujillo State, comprehensive rehabilitation work was successfully completed in the El Prado housing estate, located in the Pampanito municipality.

This large project, aimed at dignifying the living conditions of more than 1,100 inhabitants, contemplated a profound intervention through the Communal Roof Plan, achieving the waterproofing of more than 13,600 square meters of roof in 15 residential towers, which guarantees the protection and well-being of 437 families in the face of the rainy season.

In addition, the institutional approach included the application of more than 16,000 square meters of paint on facades, completely renewing the aesthetics of the housing complex.

The project also included the optimization of services and community meeting areas, through the recovery of sports fields, playgrounds, the local clinic and the headquarters of Civil Protection (PC), in addition to the modernization of the public lighting system, patching, road demarcation, weeding and the embellishment of the environment with murals and a nursery.
