Miranda leads the III National Community Sports Games 2025, in swimming, winning five gold medals, one silver and two bronze medals, during the days played at the Alicia Navas swimming pool complex in Valera, Trujillo.

Miranda is followed by Carabobo with 2 golds, 1 silver, 2 bronze, while Bolívar is third with 1 gold and 3 bronze.

In the men's 100-meter freestyle event, Adriano Peña from Miranda claimed first place for the third time in a row with a time of 1:00:44, beating Anthony Soto de Mérida, who finished second with 1:01:37, and Francisco Rodríguez de Anzoátegui, third with 1:01:59.

For her part, in the women's 100 meters freestyle, Mia Salcedo played Miranda's anthem when she won first place with a record of 1:02:29, followed by Britney Martínez de Táchira (1:03:64) and Ainhoa Cavalieri from Caracas (1:04:51).

Miranda's dominance was also felt in the 4×50 meter mixed-style event, where he took first place with a time of 2:10:24, ahead of Carabobo (A) with 2:11:66 and Mérida, who closed the podium with 2:11:78.

In the men's 50-meter butterfly, Anzoátegui took first place with Francisco Rodríguez (29:49), followed by Gabriel Patiño de Mérida (29:64), while the Mirandino Fabrizio Causi came in third with 31:03.

For her part, in the women's category, Estefanía Sequera won her second gold medal by stopping the stopwatch at 29:07, ahead of Ana Briceño from Miranda who scored 31:53 and María Martínez from Bolivia, who won bronze by 31:86.
