National Assembly installed Parliamentary Friendship Groups with countries in Asia and Europe

The National Assembly (AN) installed this Tuesday, January 27, the Parliamentary Friendship Groups with Belarus, the State of Qatar and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

The installation ceremony took place in the Battle of Carabobo Auditorium of the Bolivian Museum, and was led by the second vice-president of the National Parliament, deputy Grecia Colmenares.

Regarding the activity, he stated that this parliamentary articulation plays a decisive role in participatory democracy, the self-determination of Peoples and the defense of International Law.

The event, which brought together accredited parliamentarians and representatives of the diplomatic corps in the country, emphasized the importance of parliamentary diplomacy as a driving force for shared development in the economic, political, social, cultural, industrial, technological and human spheres.
