National Government coordinates actions to optimize and expedite procedures in the fishing sector

Authorities from the Ministry of People's Power for Fisheries and Aquaculture and the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA) met to coordinate strategic actions aimed at optimizing and streamlining administrative procedures related to the country's fishing and aquaculture sector.

These technical working tables are developed in compliance with the instructions issued by the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, with the objective of moving towards the simplification of bureaucratic processes, the Ministry of Fisheries reports on its social networks.

In addition, the entity stressed that, through institutional coordination and joint work, it will continue to promote the design of efficient mechanisms that facilitate the formalization of fishing activity, while strengthening direct attention to fishermen and aquaculturists at the national level.

These initiatives are part of the policies being implemented by the Bolivarian Government to energize the productive economy, provide timely responses to seafarers and consolidate food sovereignty.
