National Government evaluates actions to improve CANTV services

As part of the plan to monitor public services, the sector vice president of Public Works and Services, Juan José Ramírez, held a meeting with authorities from the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) to evaluate the current conditions of telephone and internet service.

The objective of the meeting between those involved with the provision of the service is to improve its provision in the national territory. “Together we reviewed a complete balance sheet of service provision at the national level, both telephone and internet, with a view to structuring and improving all of this service provision so that it reaches our communities, our people,” Ramírez explained, quoted in a press release.

I specify that “here is a whole team deployed to attend to each of the new features that may arise and improve the quality of these services. We have seen a great investment process that this company is making to guarantee communications in the country.”
