National Government provided funding to 35 schools in Barinas

The endowment will benefit more than 35,000 students

To benefit about 6,000 students, this Thursday, 35 schools in the state of Barinas received funding for the School Feeding Program (PAE), as well as school kits with backpacks, supplies and uniforms.

The delivery took place at the National Early Childhood Education Center (CEIN) Cacica Urquia, in the Barinas municipality. From there, Governor Adán Chávez, assured that this initiative represents “important support for the strengthening of infrastructure and educational service” in the state, and “reaffirms the commitment to continue to guarantee better conditions for the well-being and comprehensive training of Barinese children and young people.”

According to a press release, the resources provided to the PAE include freezers, refrigerators and utensils. In addition, 1,400 pairs of shoes were distributed to Cook Mothers.
