National government provides educational units in Lara

This Friday, the National Government provided a total of 60 educational institutions in the state of Lara with industrial kitchens and refrigeration equipment, as part of a plan to optimize school canteens that seeks to increase the operational capacity of schools and provide high-quality tools to processing mothers.

The day was attended by the Deputy Minister of Facilities and Logistics of the Ministry of Popular Power for Education, Willian Gil; the governor of Lara, Luis Reyes Reyes, and the mayor of Iribarren, Yanys Agüero.

The equipment included industrial cookers, irons, refrigerators, freezers and laboratory equipment, supplies that dignify both the teaching process and the food service. During the day, the incorporation of a refrigerator-type truck for transporting proteins, fruits and vegetables was highlighted, bringing the region to four operating units dedicated to this task.
