The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, assured that there is a global consensus on the achievements of the Venezuelan Government in recovering the 252 young Venezuelans kidnapped in a concentration camp in El Salvador.

“We have returned 8,743 migrants, 6,117 men, 1,444 women, 623 children and 52 pregnant women. I was, surely you know, I was browsing the portals in all languages at 3 in the morning on Saturday, at 5 in the morning on Saturday afternoon on Sunday and today because of Venezuela's achievements in recovering its boys detained at the CECOT in El Salvador, it is a global consensus,” said the head of state.

He added that this achievement is that of a people blocked, persecuted and their accounts stolen abroad. “We have humbly put our little planes there and we are taking advantage of it to have a powerful line like CONVIASA, they have stolen planes from us, they have not been dismembered, but we are still bringing our compatriots,” he said.
