The Massification Plan of the National Scientific Semilleros Program reached the Dr. José Joaquín D' León School Group, located in the Mariño municipality of the state of Nueva Esparta, serving 167 students in the 4th and 6th grade of Basic Education.
During the activity, organized by the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (FUNDACITE Nueva Esparta) together with the Development Center for Educational Quality (CDCE), the participants learned about science in a dynamic and fun way, under the motto: “It's not magic, it's science”, they experienced chemical reactions in a playful way, transforming theoretical concepts into tangible and safe experiences.
Also, according to a note from the Ministry of Science and Technology, they enjoyed a reflective activity on the Bolivarian Ideary, promoting the premise of the Liberator's thought: “Morals and lights are our first needs”, aligning scientific knowledge with love for the Fatherland, ethics and commitment to building a more just and sovereign society.
