National Tourism Award 2025 will recognize excellence of service providers

Tourism service providers in the country are invited to apply for the 4th Edition of the National Tourism Award, the highest award that recognizes quality, productivity and excellence in the sector. This call is aimed at natural and legal persons who carry out tourism activities in Venezuela and meet the established requirements.

The National Tourism Award is an official distinction that gives prestige and visibility to those who demonstrate good practices, innovation, sustainability and commitment to the country's tourism development. Applications are open in three main categories: Quality of Service, Tourism Promoter and Tourism Innovation, with various categories such as hotels, tourism agencies, tourist transport, tour guides, influencers and tourist destinations, among others.

Among the outstanding categories are initiatives in community, cultural, sports, gastronomic, sustainable and inclusive tourism, to reflect the Government's commitment to diversifying and strengthening the sector. In addition, the trajectory of individuals and companies that have contributed significantly to national tourism development will be recognized.

Interested parties can apply in up to two categories, provided that they comply with the required requirements. The terms of the call are available in Official Gazette No. 42,387, published on May 30, 2022. The Ministry of Tourism reiterates its commitment to the promotion of quality, inclusive and sustainable tourism, which promotes economic and cultural growth in Venezuela.
