Nearly 9,000 users recovered telecommunications services in Nueva Esparta

During 2025, CANTV guaranteed the return and enjoyment of fixed telephone and Internet services to 8,963 users in the state of Nueva Esparta, through comprehensive maintenance of the island's transmission media.

The technical deployment was carried out in response to the reports registered through the VenApp of the 1x10 of Good Governance and the company's service channels.

The crews, according to a press release from the company, carried out work to replace cables affected by deterioration and humidity, construction of splices, installation of air sleeves and connectivity tests in homes, businesses and public and private institutions in the municipalities of Antolín del Campo, Arismendi, Marcano, Mariño, García, Gómez, Antonio Díaz, Macanao Peninsula, Tubores and Maneiro.

These services were possible thanks to the joint work with the People's Power, which made it possible to establish maps of solutions for the evaluation and recovery of telecommunications services in various communities in the region.
