Venezuelan judoka Nelson Martínez won the silver medal in the -55 kg category at the IV South American Youth Games Panama 2026.
Martínez won the silver after falling in the final to Argentinian Juan Alamo.
The podium was completed by Hauache Mohammad from Brazil and Juan Soriano from Ecuador.
Martínez beat Juan Soriano from Ecuador in the semifinals and Ian González from Panama in the quarterfinals.
