Bolivariana de Ports (BOLIPUERTOS) received for the first time at the Specialized Container Terminal of the port of La Guaira the shipping company's giant of the seas: the CMA CGM BALI.

This state-of-the-art container ship has a length of 366 meters and 51 meters wide, in addition to a load capacity of more than 150 thousand tons. The arrival of this Neo-Panamax-class vessel consolidates Venezuela as a key strategic point on commercial routes in the Caribbean and the world, according to a press release.

The maneuvers were carried out under the guidance of four tugs from the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA). The day was also inspected by the vice-president of the Shipping Area for Latin America and the Caribbean of the shipping line, Alexandre Durond.

Port operations involve the handling of 267 import containers, 38 export containers and 437 empty reembarked units. The competent authorities completed the mandatory health inspection, which was nothing new, and enabled the ship's commercial operations for future transactions with this vessel.
