Between Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th, 9 matches were played corresponding to the third date of the group stage of the Venezuela Cup 2024.

UCV FC beat Nueva Esparta FC 1-0, with a goal from Brayan Alcocer in the 69th minute, at the Olympic stadium in the capital city.

At the Pachencho Romero stadium, Maracaibo Rayo Zuliano beat Heroes de Falcón 2-1 with goals from Cristian Maldonado at 1′ and Edwin Palma at 9′. The discount was made by Víctor Piñero at 37′.

For its part, Real Frontera fell 1-0 to Deportivo Táchira, with a target from Juan David Sánchez at 30′ in San Cristóbal. With that same result, Portuguesa FC stumbled against Academia Rey, with a goal scored by Luis Montero at 78′, at the Farid Richa stadium, in Barquisimeto.

Inter de Barinas and Estudiantes de Mérida, did not hurt each other after equaling 0-0, at the La Carolina stadium, in the llanera entity. While Academia Puerto Cabello fell 0-1 to Carabobo FC, with a goal from Sebastián Mendoza 90+2′, at the La Bombonerita stadium.

On the other hand, Deportivo La Guaira equaled 3-3 with Marítimo de La Guaira, in the Olympic state of the capital city. On the one hand, José Requena scored at 8′ and Edder Farías at 45+2 and at ′ 90+3′ and on the other Jhon Escobar at 1′ and 79′ and Rainniel La Porta at 43'.

AIFI de Guayana defeated Angostura FC 0-1 with a goal from Aldry Contreras at 43′, at the CTE Cachamay stadium, Puerto Ordaz.
