North Korea warned that the US space shield is the scene of nuclear war

North Korea raised alarms in the face of the United States (US) Golden Dome missile shield project, calling it a “very dangerous and threatening initiative” that could trigger a nuclear conflict in outer space, Telesur said.

The media quoted a statement issued by the North Korean Foreign Ministry's Institute for American Studies, according to state news agency KCNA.

The North Korean Government considers the Golden Dome plan to be a typical product of America First politics, a show of complacency, arrogance and arrogance on the part of Washington.

In more concrete terms, North Korea denounces that this missile shield represents a scenario of nuclear war in outer space, indicating a growing concern about the militarization of space and the potential use of nuclear weapons in this domain.

The warning comes at a time of high geopolitical tension, with persistent concerns about the nuclear program, in addition to Pyongyang's ballistic missiles.

Negotiations between the United States and North Korea on nuclear disarmament have been stalled for years, and both sides have exchanged accusations about responsibility for the failure of the talks.
