In Nueva Esparta, as in the rest of the country, nomination meetings were held for the candidates for the elections of May 25.
In the Charaguaray Commune, the process was quick and organized. “It was quick and transparent. Those who wanted to apply raised their hands, they gave them the right to speak and out loud they gave the name of their postulates so that there would be no doubt about their proposal,” explained Del Valle Manrique.
