Thanks to the rehabilitation work of the Military
Community Brigades for Education and Health (BRICOMILES), the Padre López Aveledo UEE was reinaugurated this
Wednesday, in Maracay, Aragua state, to benefit more than 200 students.
The Deputy Minister of Facilities and Logistics of the Ministry
of Education, Willian Gil, stressed that thanks to the recovery of
schools, school attendance has recovered throughout the country.
“Today, the state of Aragua and almost the entire country has five
days of classes for our boys and girls, that is, we have recovered school
attendance and that is mainly due to recovering the
educational infrastructure and recovering the school feeding program, so we are
making an academic effort to raise the quality of education,
but also in terms of infrastructure,” he said.
The educational institution received painting work on
the entire structure, rehabilitation of the bathrooms and the sports court.
“If there is one thing that we fight for, for a
socialist model, it is because education is free and of quality,”
Gil added.
