Panamanian government thanked Venezuela for sending humanitarian aid

The Panamanian Government, in the voice of José Ramón Icaza, Minister for Panama Canal Affairs, thanked Venezuela for its “solidarity and attention” after the earthquake of last October 9.

The representative of Panama highlighted the willingness of both countries to rebuild and evaluate the affected areas.

For his part, Ventura Vega, Minister of Education, assured that Venezuelan aid is of great value, while highlighting the experience in an event like this. “Thank you to President Delcy, thank you to all the Venezuelan people,” he added.
