The head of the Antonio José de Sucre Plan, Pedro Infante, reinaugurated the Leoncio Martínez park and recreational spaces in the Apacuana community, Miranda state, where he said that “primary care will be offered for older adults and, in addition, the creation of a health center is planned to provide comprehensive medical care to the population.”

Infante also reported that, with the support of the Mayor's Office of Caracas, 15 parks have already been recovered in the state and it is estimated that similar spaces will continue to be reopened in Petare, all of which has been achieved with the efforts of different entities.

He stressed that it is a matter of achieving human cities for good living. “If the park is beautiful, it has lighting, it has all its equipment, that is part of the spaces for life, for children, grandparents, adults, youth,” he said.

He also said that this objective “connects with the sixth transformation that has to do with science and technology, with the ecological issue”.

“We have built a line of work with the Ministry of Ecosocialism, with Minister Ricardo Molina, to begin a process of recovering parks for neighbors,” he said during the activity in which Leoncio Martínez Park was handed over to the community.

Infante, who is a candidate for the National Assembly (AN) for the Simon Bolivar Great Patriotic Pole (GPPSB), stressed that strengthening spaces for health care is being evaluated, “so that we have permanent care here at Barrios Adentro Salud, for all neighbors.”

He stressed that the work related to the collection of solid waste is carried out in coordination with the Mayor's Office of Caracas.

“We have a fully repowered compactor truck in operation and also new machinery to continue improving, optimizing the public service that has to do with the collection of solid waste, the issue of garbage, one of the main tasks that a city can handle,” he said.

The candidate congratulated the People's Power while thanking the corresponding entities that are participating in the rescue of the municipality.
