Pets benefited during service day at Misión Nevado in Monagas

Through the Nevado Mission, the Bolivarian Government treated more than 700 dogs and cats on a special day held in the state of Monagas.

During the activity, six-fold vaccines were applied to canines, trivalent feline vaccines and dewormers, to ensure optimal health conditions for the animals treated. In addition, legal guidance was provided on complaints of abuse, with the active participation of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the National Service of Medicine and Forensic Sciences (Senamecf).

The event was supported by the Great Nevado Mission and the private sector, which joined forces to guarantee resources and technical support in the care provided. The initiative reinforces institutional commitment to animal defense and welfare, and thus promote concrete protection actions, the revolutionary mission reported.
