Pitcher Martín Pérez signed with Los Piratas in the MLB

The Pittsburgh Pirates MLB team announced the signing of Venezuelan left-handed Martín Pérez .

According to the team's spokespersons, as reported by the sports press, Pérez would join the Pirates with a one-year, $8 million contract.

The 32-year-old left-hander just threw in 2023 with the Texas Rangers, leaving a record of 10-4, with an ERA of 4.45 and 93 strikeouts.
