The Cayapa Heroica Plan arrived in Cumanacoa, Sucre state, for the revision, diagnosis and repair of medical equipment in this town seriously affected by the overflow of the Manzanares River.
According to a note from the Ministry of Science and Technology, on that day, the Cuban medical mission installed in this town was addressed, where a single-way electrostimulator and a two-way electrostimulator were recovered, which will now be at the service of the municipality.
In addition, the Scientific Semillero program addressed the communities of San Lorenzo and La Fragua, also affected by natural attacks.
On this day, boys and girls from the community enjoyed entertaining and educational activities such as talks on bone fish anatomy. In addition, they made dissections of these species, in order to promote curiosity and knowledge.
