Plan for Love and Food Prosperity distributed more than three tons of items in Apure

A new approach to the Plan for Love and Food Prosperity achieved the distribution of more than three tons of essential items, in the Santa Bárbara de Apure Commune.

“This day, designed to strengthen local food security, allowed hundreds of households to purchase fresh, quality food, consolidating food sovereignty policies that directly reach the most vulnerable sectors,” the Government reported.

Among the products distributed, proteins, grains and fresh products stand out “at affordable prices for the community, ensuring access to the basic basket, providing high quality products and promoting the consumption of sovereign food directly in the town”.
