Popular and Communal Government System was installed in the Caricuao parish

Inhabitants of Development Unit 5 (UD5), of the Caricuao parish, in Caracas, held an information meeting in order to install the Popular and Communal Government System, which will operate in the town to strengthen the actions of the Venezuelan Government.

In this regard, the spokesman for the Toromaima Community Council, Ramón Velásquez, stressed that this system was installed in the commune and that those responsible for running the System and the initial members of the six cabinets they requested were appointed.

He also stated that the effort made by the People's Power strengthens “the policy instructed us by our president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, and the dream that Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías had,” he stressed.

This Assembly was attended by 11 of the 13 Community Councils that form part of the Golpe de Timón Ecosocialist Commune, at which the operation of the Popular and Communal Government system was announced, the physical space where it will initially work was defined and it was agreed to request in different ways the approval of the National Law on the Homeland Plan of 7T 2025 - 2031.
