Pre-registrations for the seminar Creation of Insurgent Historical Discourse are up to 21M

The Rómulo Gallegos Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies Foundation (CELARG) reported that pre-registrations for the seminar “Creation of Insurgent Historical Discourse” will be open until March 21.

He also indicated that those interested will be able to find the pre-registration form in the links in their profile in their Instagram account.

The objective of the seminar is to rewrite the history of America and to develop a pilot project with a view to creating the digital encyclopedia.

Those interested must submit a historical, biographical or thematic story, which may cover locations, events, institutions, organizations or processes, with a maximum limit of five thousand characters, and the seminar will have a limited capacity of 30 participants.

The coordination will be carried out by historian Luis Felipe Pellicer, with the collaboration of professors and researchers, Dulce Marrufo and Guillermo Peláez.

Those selected must register from March 24 to 28 of this year, 16 weekly mixed meetings (in person and online), three units of credit will be granted to those who meet the established requirements. Also, a certificate of participation will be offered to attendees who successfully complete this training.
