President Delcy Rodríguez arrives in Suriname to start Bilateral Strategic Cooperation Agenda

This Thursday, September 10, in the evening hours, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, arrived in Suriname, on an official visit to kick off the Bilateral Agenda and Strategic Cooperation.
Upon arrival at Johan Adolf Pengel International Airport, the president was greeted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business and International Cooperation, Melvin Bouva, representing the president of Suriname, Jennifer Simons.
Regarding her visit, President Rodríguez stressed that important agreements will be signed in different areas of cooperation, “I always insist that this is the path, friendship, cooperation, the relationship in which both countries, both Peoples can benefit.”
“Happy to be in Suriname with the Venezuelan delegation,” she said.
