The president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, reiterated that his country does not pose a threat to the United States.
He explained that the defense doctrine of the Caribbean nation is based on the War of All the People, which does not contemplate aggression against another country.
“Now, the one that is constantly talking about aggression, and above all it has raised the insulting rhetoric about the possible aggression against Cuba, has been the US Government right now,” said the Cuban president.
The president stated that the island is willing to talk with the United States on any of the issues that you want to debate or discuss, although he added that under pressure you cannot dialogue, Telesur reported.
