President in charge attends the solemn opening session of Judicial Activities in the year 2026

This Friday, January 30, the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez and the commander in chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), made an appearance at the solemn session on the occasion of the opening of the Opening of Judicial Activities 2026 and the Presentation of the Management Report for the year 2025.

This constitutional activity is carried out in the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), with the assistance of representatives of the National Executive, the National Assembly (AN), the diplomatic corps accredited in Venezuela, as well as other authorities of the country's highest court and the Bolivarian Government.

Also present are the members of the Citizens' Power: Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab; the Ombudsman, Alfredo Ruiz and the Comptroller General of the Republic (DE), Gustavo Vizcaíno Gil.

During this solemn opening ceremony of Judicial Activities 2026, the president of the Supreme Court, Judge Caryslia Rodríguez, will present the Management Report corresponding to the year 2025.

The formal session is based on Article 267 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (CRBV), Article 3 of the Organic Law of the Supreme Court of Justice and Article 26 of the Organic Law of the Judiciary.
