The president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez announced the appointment of Isabel Iturria as the new 5th sector vice-president of Health, Science and Technology and Ecosocialism.

“I have appointed as sector vice-president of Health, Science and Technology and Ecosocialism Dr. Isabel Iturria, a recognized Venezuelan doctor magna cum laude by the UCV and a scientist, director of the Children's Cardiological Hospital since its founding, an internist and specialist in public health; who, with her extensive experience, professionalism and management capacity, will promote scientific, health and ecological policies aimed at the well-being of our people,” she wrote on her channel at Telegram, this Wednesday night.
