The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that this Thursday, January 29, she held a meeting with representatives of one of the most important companies in Indonesia, with whom she discussed the content and relevance of the Reform of the Organic Law on Hydrocarbons.
“Today we receive, as we have been receiving these days, transnational oil companies from Europe, from Asia. Today we received one of the most important companies in Indonesia and we spoke precisely about the content of this law,” he said.
This was announced on the presidential stage, on the occasion of the Great March of Oil Workers in support of the approval of the Bill for the Partial Reform of the Organic Law on Hydrocarbons.
In this regard, he stressed that the law allows greater security and legal value both to international investments that arrive in the country and to domestic investments linked to the energy sector.
“We welcome foreign and domestic investment for productive development in the area of oil, gas and petrochemicals,” he said.
